SOGNI AI, an AI-driven image generator that enables users to transform text descriptions into images and videos, has secured USD 2 million in funding. The round was co-led by Comma3 Ventures and Republic Ventures, with the participation of Contango Digital, Oyster Ventures, ARC, DEXT Force Ventures, Nosana, Formless Capital, Gecko Ventures, and more Web3 investors and industry veterans.
FLOWDESK, a full-service digital asset trading and technology firm, has raised USD 102 million in a new funding round, comprising equity injections from HV Capital and Debt financing from funds managed by BlackRock. Since its inception in 2020, Flowdesk has positioned itself as a formidable liquidity provider in the cryptocurrency sector.
GROUP-IB, a Singapore-based provider of solutions aimed at investigating high-tech crime, and detecting and preventing cyberattacks, online fraud, and intellectual property theft, reported revenue of USD 31 million for the FY ending June 2024, representing a 19% growth. EBIT also showed improvement, rising from a loss of USD 13.9 million to a loss of USD 9.5 million.
