E-BIKEUP, a Thai electric motorcycle rental service with battery swap stations and a mobile app for eco-friendly mobility, has entered into an agreement to be acquired by SUSCO Public Company Limited, a Thailand-based fuel distributor. SUSCO PCL, which previously owned 40% of E-BikeUp, has acquired the remaining 59.99% stake from AMR Asia Public Company Limited for USD 173K.
