OKI DATA MANUFACTURING from Oki Electric Industry Company Limited for an undisclosed amount. Ricoh is integrating Oki Data Manufacturing’s printer business into ETRIA to strengthen its market position.

PERSOLKELLY, a Singapore-based recruitment company operating in the Asia Pacific region providing comprehensive end-to-end workforce solutions, reached USD 17 million in revenue for the FY ending in March 2024, a 43% year-on-year growth, while its EBIT also grew by 45%.

LADANG MILLS, a Malaysian company engaged in manufacturing, trading, and distribution in timber and wood and related products, reached a revenue of USD 30 million for the FY ending in January 2024, a 26% drop compared to the previous year.
