Alternatives.pe today announced that it has entered into an agreement to join Uzabase, Inc., a leading provider of business intelligence platforms focused on Asia. The transaction is expected to close by the end of March 2026, subject to customary conditions.
Founded in Singapore, Alternatives.pe provides private market intelligence across Southeast Asia and Australia, with highly accurate data on more than 350,000 companies across the region. A key differentiator of the platform is its reliance on official regulatory filings as primary sources, enabling detailed visibility into startup fundraising, valuations, shareholder structures, fund performance, and investor activity.
Uzabase operates Speeda, an Asia-focused market intelligence platform used by corporate strategy teams, financial institutions, and consultancies to research companies, industries, and emerging trends across the region.
By combining Speeda’s research and analytical capabilities with Alternatives.pe’s deep coverage of private markets, the companies aim to significantly strengthen the availability of reliable private market intelligence across Asia.
Together, Alternatives.pe and Uzabase will continue building a stronger information infrastructure to help investors, corporates, and analysts better understand Asia’s rapidly evolving private markets.
